Evan D. Berube is a recent graduate of The John Marshall Law School in Chicago with J.D. and L.L.M. degrees.  Having an interest in both medicine and law, his focus became intellectual property, healthcare, and insurance law.  While in the pre-med program for his undergraduate degree, he was inspired to take a closer look at the connection that medicine had with law.  While in law school, he became determined to pursue a career in a diversified legal capacity.

Attorney Berube has a strong background in the personal injury, insurance, subrogation, civil litigation and tort areas of law.  Training during the Trial Attorney Advocacy Program has helped Attorney Berube develop strong oral advocacy skills critical in the courtroom. Beginning his second semester of law school he performed extensive research, writing and legal assistance necessary for trial preparation.  Through his work on the Appellate Judge Frossard's Advisory Board, he continued to work these attributes while refining analytical skills.  In his third semester, and through the remainder of law school, he clerked for the Illinois Cook County Circuit Court General Chancery Division.  Working with the judge confirmed his commitment and drive to provide tailored client-based services.

After completing law school, Attorney Berube has taken a position as an associate attorney at Action Law Offices, a personal injury law firm in Milwaukee.  He is a highly motivated individual who thrives in dynamic environments and quickly adapts to the ever changing demands of the legal field.

Most recently, Attorney Berube has received recognition as one of Wisconsin's "Top 10 Attorneys Under 40" from The National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys.

Before Contacting a Personal Injury Lawyer, You Should Know:

The insurance adjustor is on the insurance company’s side, not yours.

Some are aggressive and try to scare people into not making a claim or into accepting very little compensation. Other adjustors seem kind and helpful — and then use your own words to deny your claim. The bottom line: the less the insurance company has to pay out, the more incentive the adjustor has.

We will investigate to establish liability and damages.

Our law firm has extensive resources to investigate an accident and assess who was at fault, regardless of the accident type. We work with a range of investigators and experts whose expertise provides crucial information for our determination of a fair settlement value.

Our attorneys can explain your coverage and your rights.

If you were hit by an uninsured or underinsured driver, your insurance company may fail to tell you about your rights under your own policy. We can also help you understand your medical coverage under your health insurance policy.
